Background
In January 2006 the Group announced that it would be holding hearings on Population Growth - its impact on the MDGs. A call for written evidence was circulated to a large number of groups and individuals and was posted on this website. Nearly fifty written responses were received and have now been posted below.
The Group arranged a series of oral hearings, details of which can be found here. All hearings were held on Monday afternoons between 1530 and 1730 in Committee Room 20 in the House of Commons. All hearings were open for observation to members of the public. For further information on the hearings including evidence received, please .
